I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

Oscar was on time and very knowledgeable regarding my plumbing issue. He took care of the problem and ezplained every step of the repair. He then cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving. I would definitely use My Plumber services again.

Sent an incompetent individual to unclog a line. He damaged his equipment so they charged us for the equipment he broke and the job was not completed. Be aware of these scammers.they will steal your money....update...... called another plumber and they fixed the problem. The line was not collapsed as tucson plumbing stated it was.....just clogged. Thanks for not charging me for the equipment your incompetent employee broke on the job.

The repairmen I had was professional and knowledgeable. He told me what was wrong and now we are going to be able to get a new unit just as soon as we get the paperwork so we can turn it in to our insurance. You could have been courteous & offered a follow up visit or call to understand what was not satisfactory about the job. As what a real & professional business would have done. Don't confuse yourselves in thinking that was an impeccable job, as you installed the shower head at the same level as the handle!! 25 years or 100 years, you lack professionalism, customer service, & integrity. & as a CONSUMER, CLIENT, or CUSTOMER, I will call out any servicer which I have paid my hard earned money to & is not honest or can't admit to making a mistake with an easy resolve.
