Simply the Best, you can trust this guy. As long as he is around, I will never ever go to another plumber. Do yourself a favor, if you have a problem, this is the person to call.

I needed a plumber ASAP. Austin answered the phone right away and was at my home within the hour.
My wall had to be cut for access, it was clean and precise. Essential Plumbing was efficient, and the cost was half of what I was going to pay at another plumbing business.
I had gotten two quotes prior to contacting Essential Plumbing. They were $850 and $800.
I was shocked. I decided to look on Craigslist one last time and saw that Essential Plumbing is Veteran owned.
I am truly glad I gave them a chance. My invoice Was $350 and the work completed was stellar.

This is a weird review to write. I unfortunately did not have to use Bryant Plumbing.

I do want to use them in the future. I had water gushing into my driveway from the main water line on Saturday - and needed the line capped.

Robert who answered the phone on Saturday in a record 4 minutes explained to me:
* they were booked solid
* names of two other plumbers to call
* talked through a possible solution.

Then, he called back on Sunday to see how the situation was progressing. Well, a neighbor and I solved the problem on Saturday.

So I look forward to having Bryant out to help the next time.

By the way, Goettle kept me on the phone for 9 minutes - because I had to answer all the following questions before learning that a plumber would be out in an hour:
*my name, address, phone number and email address so she could set up an account
* how I called their number
* whether I belonged to a club
* home ownership
* the age of my water heater - - which was not related to the problem - and the poor person said she had to ask that question
* the location of my water heater - which was not related to the problem - and the poor person said she had to ask that question
Then, I was placed on hold and given an appointment in an hour. Meanwhile water was gushing from the pipe.

I won't be contacting Goettle.

I had just moved to the area and called them for an emergency. I had a clogged sewer line, this took 3 days which I felt they had created part of the problem. I had pipes separated by them, had to have the wall cut out, they had pulled the toilet, said they couldn't reset the toilet without replacing the bolts and replacing the pipe for a $1,000. They had already charged me $2,000 for the work so far. So I refused for them to reset the toilet and fix the wall. I had another plumber replace the bolts and reset the toilet for $100 and had the wall fixed for a $100. I felt like they had taken advantage of the situation. They were prompt, polite and respectful but I would never use them again.

Fantastic plumbing company that is ran by a Dad and his two sons. Honest guys who come out and do the job right and stand by what they do. Also, not like the big companies in Tucson who charge a service call and charge a ton of money. Hester gives an honest estimate over the phone that might change a bit after getting here depending if they have to use materials off their truck or other factors they could not see over the phone, but hands down an awesome ran family plumbing business that does the work for an honest price. It makes me feel good to give these guys the business because they are small and do things the right way and I highly recommend them.

Tim was ahead of time and did what I expected at an honest price.. will definitely use in the future.

Daniels plumbing came to my house for a water leak and treated us very well and friendly and cheapp!!!!!

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.

Brain was great! He was early, very professional, informative and explained what he was doing. He also left the job site as clean and neat as it was before he bagel work.

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! Joe was incredibly quick and very friendly.

Highly recommend this company! The employee than came to my home was very nice and explained what he needed to do to fix my drainage problem. Also the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company again if I have plumbing issues.
Used Tucson Plumbing for the second time. The young man was extremely nice and did a wonderful job installing a water heater.

The repairmen I had was professional and knowledgeable. He told me what was wrong and now we are going to be able to get a new unit just as soon as we get the paperwork so we can turn it in to our insurance. I appreciate the efficiency he had and being on time. I wish more fix men were like him and he was yet professional at the same time. Thank you
