Best Water Heater in Tucson AZ

David showed up on time with the right parts via a picture I texted him. He solved my leaky shower faucet and replaced the valve cartridges. His price was very reasonable and he finished in less than an hour. I will use this company again.

The Plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, on time and thorough. Though one shower/tub faucet did leak after the install of a new item, the response to fix the issue was speedy and without any issue.

I have used Bryant Plumbing for years. Robert is honest and does a the job right. He is very honest and trustworthy.

We had an emergency plumbing issue just before the holidays. The Al Coronado staff (from the 1st phone call to the finish) made sure we were taken care of. Tyson and Kevin K were extremely professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again. Fair pricing and friendly service.

Thank God for owner Bryan Hester and his band of Merry Men (actually just his son Adam). He's a real professional plumber. He was on-time, personable, has the right tools and skill actually do the toilet install job I needed done correctly as opposed to one of the individuals that was recommended through the Lowes Handy system that I ended up cutting loose. I watched as Bryan did the install of 3 toilets and everything that I was concerned about as a result of the guy I cut loose, Bryan took care of as part of his install routine. The toilets are level, oriented properly, sealed, and rock solid with no leaks and work properly. I highly recommend Bryan. He will be my only choice for any future plumbing needs.

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

Angelo responded very quickly and completed repairing the shower repair in a timely manner.

This plumber is amazing and very knowledgeable he did an amazing job on my gas lines and was on top of his game with the city of Tucson. Highly recommend!!!

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.

Plumber told me what to do to potentially fix the garbage disposal, and it worked! So no service call was needed.

With the weather being so cold lately, my water heater broke without warning. I gave these guys a call and I had a service tech out within the hour. Water heater was replaced within 2hours. Great work!!!

They arrived out the same day we called. Got the air conditioner working again and installed a new thermostat. quick and efficient.

Jonathan was EXCELLENT. We had MULTIPLE (like 5 and the city) come out to check out the problem - some found a big problem that would cost thousands to fix, some found no problem at all so we were very confused. Jonathan came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly even though it was apparently pretty tricky. So glad we decided to call Silverado out as a 6th opinion because Jonathan was the only one who simply just made sense. He explained it very well to us and we understood the issue even though we know nothing about plumbing. The best thing is we felt like he wasn't just trying to find a problem just because someone else said there was a problem. Would recommend!

UPDATE: I wanted to update our review. We were having a water heater problem so we went through our home warranty who set us up with an awful company. They ended up fixing one problem and then breaking something else. I didn't want to take any more chances so we called Silverado right away (of course it was in the middle of Saturday night). Jack went out there right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. He was so cool about it and it was worth every double overtime penny. Turns out the previous plumber fixed the problem but forgot to put a rubber cap on his fix causing a leak that by the time started to show itself, was apparently already covering electrical. The previous plumber almost burned down our house! We are so grateful for the skill and professionalism from Jack.
