We had been dealing with a sewer gas smell in our house that was making us sick and driving us crazy for the better part of a year. We had several plumbers come out and were unable to diagnose the problem until one of them suggested we have a smoke test done. I called ALD and they were able to get us scheduled within a week. Seth and his coworker came to perform the test and we couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. Despite the reason for calling, it was a pleasure to meet them. Seth is a great guy, very personable and professional. They go the job done, found the leak, and referred us to a couple of plumbers he trusts. I called Knight Owl Plumbing and they were able to make room for us before the weekend. They fixed the issue and the smells are gone! I can’t thank Seth and his team at ALD and Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing enough for taking care of us. I hope to never have to call them again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate. I know we will be in good hands. I highly recommend ALD!

What a nice experience. The valves were replaced and the leaks fixed. The parts required special order therefore multiple trips. Throughout they were courteous, informative and got the job done properly. I highly recommend.

Tucson Plumbing was called to our rental property to unclog a toilet (toys flushed). They pulled the toilet and removed a couple of small items but were unable to remove a large piece. We were told that the toilet would need to be replaced and charged $225. We decided to try another company (licensed, bonded & insured) and they were able to remove the stuck part and remount the toilet on a new wax ring in about 15 minutes and only charged $97 total. Tried discussing the outrageous cost with the service manager but he wouldn't budge and just touted how great they are and worth their $160/hr labor rate. Call anyone else if you don't want to get ripped.

The two guys were wonderful! My husband is sick in the hospital and they even helped me put items in my truck when they saw me struggling. They are an asset to your company.

Called at 7am due to a sudden significant hot water leak. Gilbert arrived before 10am to resolve the issue. Gilbert was fast, professional and knowledgable. The issue was resolved in no time, and at a very fair price. I would absolutely recommend Silverado to anyone who needs a repair handled quickly and professionally.

Find and Repair?? The magic words repair or FIX. Jorge Montano not only overcharged me 3 times ($325.00) but he didn't have the part to fix it. I had to go buy it from a place an hour away and fix it myself. This guy is a total fraud. The nerve to actually charge 325.00 to spray soapy water on a visit that took 20 minutes is my commission to make sure every site, every agency knows that Almighty Plumbing a a business that will steal from you and leave you with the problem still existing. BEWARE OF ALMIGHTY PLUMBING AND JORGE MONTANO. Don't fall for his sign on his van that says Honest, Quality Work @ Fair Prices. None of these will you receive if you call them.
