Four different plumbers could not solve for an intermittent leak that was progressively causing more damage and very frustrating to deal with. Abacus found and provided a solution in less than an hour. They also did a fantastic job creatively replacing ancient bathroom shower hardware.

Requested service from this company because of a flushing problem with the toilet. Upon arrival I explained to the gentleman that the toilet was not flushing on the first flush but the second flush was nice and strong. In addition, he was also informed that the complete inter workings of the upper tank had been replaced and I thought the problem to be adjustment of these new items. The technician visually looked over the toilet while making possible suggestions as to what he perceived the problem to be, but strongly leaning towards recommending toilet replacement. I informed him that I did not agree with him, but I could see his mind was made up to try and sell me $1000 to $1300 toilet which I know I did not need. After the technician departed I was so upset that I spent the following hour in the bathroom and fixed the toilet myself which only took a few proper adjustments and a little time. The problem is that he had forgotten customer service and replaced it with the company's bottom line. Definitely not responsive to the needs of the customer.

They aren't honoring our warranty. I do not recommend them

They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Sergio was terrific. Knowledgeable and Pleasant, explained and showed what the problem was, and was upfront with costs and parts needed. His work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and frankly his charge was very reasonable. We were so pleased with his work anD cost that when we needed other work done, he was the first one we called. Again his work was excellent and cost reasonable. On the Way is on the fridge and the only place we will call for plumbing work in the future. Thank you Segio.

We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience.
