Andy was able to solve a plumbing problem that baffled 2 other professional plumbing companies. Andy was succinct, professional and friendly. Not a man of too many words, he stood and stared at my pipes and clean-out for several minutes before formulating a theory of what could be wrong then getting to work to implement a solution. I honestly wasn't expecting my clogged drain to be cleared because I tried so many times and 2 other pro plumbing outfits tried and failed and we have been living with this backed up drain for over a year. Andy fixed it. Thank you again!

We can't recommend Swanson plumbing enough! They offered friendly service and were so easy to do work with. They gave accurate timeframes for our large project and completed it better than we could have imagined! We will definitely be using Swanson Plumbing again, thank you!

STAY FAR AWAY.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

This was the business that my home warranty selected for a couple of plumbing issues I had. they were quick to respond, professional and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful company. Had an emergency and had no water. Called Code Blue and had someone at our house within 20 minutes. Jose was the repairman, very friendly and knowledgable. Had us back up and running in 45 minutes. Was a wonderful experience by a highly responsive and professional company and employee. Highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Very professional, and their expertise is obvious. We had 6 feet of 2 PVC pipes in our yard replaced due to a leak. They investigated and found a broken pressure valve regulator. We had way too much pressure in the line. They replaced the PVR next to our water meter. Good communication, good workers. Efficient billing. We are very happy and would recommend Mountain States Plumbing.
