I had a pipe break, needed a new hot water heater, Vera got it ordered and scheduled the install in two days.

Al Coronado Plumbing was very quick with an in person estimate for water heater replacement around 12hrs after initial contact. Jasper was clear, concise, and provided several requested estimates for us. They were able to schedule the install quickly as well, just 3 days out from the initial contact. On installation day, Tristen arrived punctually, installed the water heater et al in a timely manner, and was friendly and willing to answer questions / survive my intermittent badgering. All-in-all a pleasant experience.

Thank God for owner Bryan Hester and his band of Merry Men (actually just his son Adam). He's a real professional plumber. He was on-time, personable, has the right tools and skill actually do the toilet install job I needed done correctly as opposed to one of the individuals that was recommended through the Lowes Handy system that I ended up cutting loose. I watched as Bryan did the install of 3 toilets and everything that I was concerned about as a result of the guy I cut loose, Bryan took care of as part of his install routine. The toilets are level, oriented properly, sealed, and rock solid with no leaks and work properly. I highly recommend Bryan. He will be my only choice for any future plumbing needs.

Brian and Ricky were sent out on 2 occassions to install new shower fixtures. On the first visit, after getting everything installed, the Delta cartridge broke. I had to order a new cartridge from Ferguson and reschedule Tucson Plumbing to complete the job. Brian and Ricky came back out to complete the install of my new Delta fixtures and Brian was able to get the second trip charge waived. Tucson Plumbing is a little priceier than other companies but they are patient, explain in detail what they will be doing, and as a DIYer I appreciate that they let me watch and learn. Ricky wiped up after they were finished and the shower is good to go thanks to Tucson Plumbing, Brian and Ricky
