Steve, Cameron and Alex were very friendly and always showed up for our appointments on time. They explained to us what was being done and why. They were very knowledgeable. The Perma-lining was installed perfectly. We have no complaints. It was a true pleasure.

I have had 4 other plumbers try to diagnose a slow draining bathtub, and none of them could figure it out. Valentine Plumbing showed up, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and was extremely affordable. I will be using them from now on! Highly recommend!

Matt at Curtis Plumbing was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Fixed the problem and tested to make sure all was working.

Wally came to repair our a/c. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and didn't stop working until he fixed our a/c issue.

A week ago I was notified by the city that I had a leak in my water line next to my meter box. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and spoke with the ever pleasant Tiffany. She said a service man would be there tomorrow. Jasper and Matt showed up on time and the 70 yr old galvanized pipe to my house needed to be replaced. Johnny and Rosendo came Thursday morning and went to work in the brutal heat wave we have been enduring. By Friday at 4:00 they had the job done just 2 hours before the big storm hit at 6 Pm and power was out for the next 7 hours. Everyone did an amazing job and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Matt and Jasper had hooked me up a temporary water line so I would have water during the job. Very thoughtful and mucho appreciated . Thanks to the whole team at Al Coronado , you are the best !

Thank God for owner Bryan Hester and his band of Merry Men (actually just his son Adam). He's a real professional plumber. He was on-time, personable, has the right tools and skill actually do the toilet install job I needed done correctly as opposed to one of the individuals that was recommended through the Lowes Handy system that I ended up cutting loose. I watched as Bryan did the install of 3 toilets and everything that I was concerned about as a result of the guy I cut loose, Bryan took care of as part of his install routine. The toilets are level, oriented properly, sealed, and rock solid with no leaks and work properly. I highly recommend Bryan. He will be my only choice for any future plumbing needs.

Had polybutylene pipes in the home we bought in Green Valley, he disconnected them and installed pex piping. He was the lowest bid and also the most detailed bid. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job.

With the weather being so cold lately, my water heater broke without warning. I gave these guys a call and I had a service tech out within the hour. Water heater was replaced within 2hours. Great work!!!

Bear with me on this one.

1) They installed new 3 new toilets in our home. So far, so good.

2) Maybe a week later one doesn't fill. Another smells like sewage, a little stronger in the morning and evening (in its own little room within the bathroom, so it's easy to isolate the cause).

3) They send out a technician to fix the problems. The non-filling one is easily fixed with a new fill valve. The other one has no visible problems i.e. leaks or p-trap. I am thinking it’s likely some issue with the seal, but what do I know? He recommends using some extra bleach, letting it sit then flushing it down to see if that will clear it up. If not it may just be a defective toilet and we can call back and they'll replace it. Seems reasonable to me, so I give it a shot.

4) It smells the same after trying the bleach. I call back. They send out the same technician, only this time my wife is there while I am at work. Then begins the real ordeal.

5) Upon arriving he uses the toilet and then asks my wife if the smell is still there. Well now it just smells like some took a dump, so no it was hard to tell. That’s so disgusting an unprofessional.

6) He says it’s a problem caused by other bathrooms and sinks that we don’t use as often which then dry out causing the smell. He says those must be run every day. First, if those sinks or toilets had dried out the smell would be coming from those p-traps. This is open and shut on the source because the toilet is isolated in its own small room with a separate door. Second, no one has to use every sink, toilet, and tub in their house every single day to keep a sewer smell out. So he is either lying, lazy, incompetent, or all three.

7) Texting with my wife through all of this, I tell her to ask him to check the seal between the toilet and the floor. He’s says he did already, which of course is impossible without removing the toilet. He then argues that he installed all three toilets the exact same way and there are no issues with the other two, implying that we are just wrong and should live with it.

7) After more discussion, he finally decides to do some actual plumber work. He goes out to his truck to get some tools. Removes the toilet and checks the seals.

8) Surprise surprise, he put on two thin seals instead of the normal thick seal on this toilet!!! The thinner seals were compressed so some air “might” have been getting between them, was his explanation.

Hopefully, the new seal will actually solve the issue. I can’t imagine a much more unprofessional and unhelpful experience. I will never use Tucson Plumbing again, and will sure let everyone know to avoid them like the plague.

Tod and Frank were so polite and friendly! They fixed my drainage problem so quickly and did it the right way. I now have a proper working sink again! Thank you!

We had our house fully re-piped with Ram. David and Jeff were great. They very attentive to our concerns with our older home. Great looking installation work that came out exactly as planned. Walked us through every step of the process and finished on time as expected. Would definitely call them again in the future.

Life savers. Absolutely great company and will always use in the future. We had some rocks that found their way down into the pipes and Isaac was able to get this taken care of in a timely manner and was very professional. Thanks for being a rockstar company !!!

Jorge has done several jobs for us ranging in difficulty from replacing our main shutoff valve and pressure regulator to replacing a toilet. He approaches every task with the same professionalism and honesty, no matter the difficulty. The finished quality of the task is outstanding, and along the way, he offers commentary on what he's doing, why he's doing it, and sometimes points out potential issues that we may want to keep an eye on.
