Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! I've found my go-to plumbers for life.

Had to wait almost two weeks just to get hot water

I had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday afternoon. Curtis Plumbing dispatched my call. The tech called back shortly thereafter. Upon arrival, he promptly took care of the issue. I will definitely use and recommend Curtis Plumbing in the future!

Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

Dave responded quickly, did a terrific job and at a reasonable price.

I made sure to shop around and I'm glad I did. Not only was this family run business quick to help me replace a water heater, but they had to be the best deal in town. Not only that, I had another small issue at a later date that they came out same day and quickly diagnosed and resolved. Dave came to our home with three tasks, install a new kitchen faucet, replace the disposal and fix one of the showers that was stuck in the cold water mode. I notice that he was very conscientious of our home by putting on shoe covers and using a tarp on our floor. He was quick, professional and knowledgeable about each of the tasks. We were quickly comfortable with him in our home completing the tasks. He was quick, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. A job or jobs well done!

Had an absolutely ghastly water main clog because of our landlord's unreal ability to only provide broken parts for our rental. Sewage coming up the shower drain, a broken hose piece under the house that isn't even made anymore - the works. Leland came to help out within an hour and a half after we first got in contact with our rental agency, and he was great! He was so polite, and went out of his way to communicate to the rental agency that it wasn't our fault that the break happened. He also went out of his way to pick up the right pieces for us, so we didn't have to wait possibly several days for a plumber to come out. 10/10 experience!! Give this guy a raise!! We'll definitely be calling him back if something else goes wrong in the future.
