I have had 4 other plumbers try to diagnose a slow draining bathtub, and none of them could figure it out. Valentine Plumbing showed up, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and was extremely affordable. I will be using them from now on! Highly recommend!

I have used Curtis Plumbing since moving to Tucson 10+ years ago, and find them to be consistently reliable and excellent at providing the information needed for me to understand any problem at hand. Office staff is always helpful as well. Today Scott was able to come out to troubleshoot an unexpected issue that came up suddenly, got everything back to working beautifully and eased my concerns. I am always appreciative of the skilled service Curtis staff provides.

My sewer line backed up into the tub. Line cleared and he even cleaned the tub! I have NEVER had a neat competent plumber like this! He comes when he says he will and doesn’t make me wait all day at home either. Every time I call them I know things will be well done!

Our 1938 home sewage system was clogged. Kevin's inspection showed that the problem was a buildup of loose rusted metal in the iron underground piping. A hydro-jet flushing of the system fixed the problem. After each flush, the system was camera inspected again. They continued flushing and inspecting until their inspection showed that an optimal cleaning had been achieved. Kevin and his crew were great. Alex and Miguel were extremely courteous and hard working over the several days that it took to complete the job. All in all, I was very much impressed with the professionalism and high standards of work involved.

I have had Hester plumbing install a dishwasher, toilet and a water softener. They came out today to help me with a filter on my water softener. Take it from me, they are the best in Tucson!!!!

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

Very impressed with the response time and repairs done. Prompt, very knowledgeable, and friendly, and best of all, honest! Needed a new relief valve installed as well as a new gas water heater.

Professional people and excellent service

If I could give no stars, that would be my selection. This company came out and bid on a gas line and water install in my home last week. I accepted their offer the same day as this work was time sensitive and they agreed they would come this Thursday and stay as long as necessary to get the work done. Upon confirming with them today (Tuesday) that they would be able to ensure the water heater meets what was in the provided architectural drawings and that they would complete it on Thursday as promised, the owner (Jim) had one of his employees (Ron) call me to tell me they don't want to do the job at all, and that it was too much work. I think they should expect to have to do a little work for $3200, but maybe that is just me. They also can't seem to read or follow drawings, so I would not recommend them to do any permitted work. They were quite rude when they came out and lack any people skills at all both personally and on on the phone, but they were originally recommended to me and I figured if they could do the work at a decent price, I could put up with the fact that they were people you wouldn't want to be around other than to do a job for you. Do not use this company. As others have stated, they bid jobs they can't do, and they will basically bail on you randomly.
