I needed a quick plumbing repair on a pipe that started leaking. I first called one of the big plumbing outfits and got an outrageous quote for the work. I then searched yelp for another solution and decided on Day and Knight for no particular reason other than they were highly rated. I am glad I did, as the repair was done properly and at a price that I thought was more than fair. They were also very responsive, having a technician to my house in less than an hour. They will be my first choice for now on.

We needed to hire a plumber to remove the old water heater from our attic, run new pipes to the garage, and install a new water heater in the garage. I received a recommendation for MacInnis Plumbing from another company, Just Water Heaters, as JWH only does direct replacements (no piping.)

We received bids from four different plumbing companies for this project. Mike MacInnis impressed us from the first meeting with his knowledge and can-do attitude. He emailed us a professional, detailed estimate within 24 hours, and quoted us a fair and reasonable price.

They arrived promptly and installed our new water heater. There was a slight change of plans, as our HOA did not want us to run the pressure relief line through the front wall of our home. Mike worked to ensure that our water heater was installed safely and up to code. Mike's wife Heather coordinated the permit and scheduled the city inspector for us. The invoice was emailed to us and we could securely pay online, which was a nice convenience.

We are thrilled with our new water heater, and would absolutely recommend MacInnis Plumbing to anyone, whether the job is big or small. We will certainly call them again in the future. Thank you Mike and Heather!

Thank God for owner Bryan Hester and his band of Merry Men (actually just his son Adam). He's a real professional plumber. He was on-time, personable, has the right tools and skill actually do the toilet install job I needed done correctly as opposed to one of the individuals that was recommended through the Lowes Handy system that I ended up cutting loose. I watched as Bryan did the install of 3 toilets and everything that I was concerned about as a result of the guy I cut loose, Bryan took care of as part of his install routine. The toilets are level, oriented properly, sealed, and rock solid with no leaks and work properly. I highly recommend Bryan. He will be my only choice for any future plumbing needs.
