I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the first google review I’ve ever done, but I’m writing it immediately because I am so impressed. As a first time homeowner, my husband and I were a bit lost on what to do with our first plumbing issue. I called Rogiers based on a friend’s recommendation and I was so glad I did. Julie answered the phone and was so incredibly kind. I called around 8:30 in the morning and explained the issue we were having and said I was hoping someone could come out the same day. They were at my house within an hour and by 9:45, the problem was fixed. My husband and I feared it would be really expensive, especially since it was an emergency-type situation where they had to come quickly. It was extremely reasonable - I couldn’t believe my husband when he told me how much it was. Based on reviews of other companies, other places would have charged 3-4 times as much. It’s so hard to find companies where they actually care about customer and we really felt cared for. Next time we have a plumbing issue, we will definitely be calling Rogiers.

Another plumber said that the pipes under the house were all bad and needed replaced - for thousands of dollars and a week to trench the yard. I called Expert Plumbing for a second opinion. They inspected the pipes(which did not need to be replaced), cleared the lined of tree roots, put in a new clean out for 1/10th of the original estimate and were done in less than a day! I trust Expert Plumbers.

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!! They know their business!! I hope his daughters b-day went well!! The office staff is amazing, friendly and they even followed up with a call! Thank you, Valentine Plumbing!! Jason, very professional and friendly, he diagnosed the problem quickly and had a plan to remedy it immediately. He explained the entire process prior to the work being performed, great customer service which as we all know is hard to come by these days. This father and son team is awesome! Was either early or right on time.answered any questions we had. If message was left, they called back quickly. Will use these two again and very highly recommend them.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.

Brain was great! He was early, very professional, informative and explained what he was doing. He also left the job site as clean and neat as it was before he bagel work.

I had a badly clogged toilet that was overflowing and no amount of plunging would help, I called Super Drain to come out and see if they could fix the problem. They showed up on time and got to work right away, they had the problem fixed in no time. Very efficient and knowledegble, would highly recommend!!

What a nice experience. The valves were replaced and the leaks fixed. The parts required special order therefore multiple trips. Throughout they were courteous, informative and got the job done properly. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend this company. Otis did a great job at solving my plumbing problem. It was a difficult job (clearing resin beads from my pipes), but Otis and Karter got it done.

They quoted me one price and billed me a higher price. I contacted them twice to address this issue and they never responded. They left a mess, didn’t even hose the path clean. They left dirt covering all the pavers. They dug a trench across my backyard because the person I discussed the connections with didn’t draw where the connected were to be placed. By digging across the backyard, they damaged the sprinkler supply line.

My landlord sent him out and i’m so glad he did. I was impressed with how punctual he was . And the work was excellent . I have told my friends about him and they are going to be calling him for there plumbing needs .
