I had a nasty clog that was causing my kitchen and bathroom sinks to backup with some pretty disgusting water. A friend of mine spoke highly of them, so I called Pioneer Plumbing for help. The office personnel were very polite and answered all my questions. I received a courtesy call a couple hours later from the tech to let me know he was on his way to my house. The plumber, Cassius, showed up and wasted no time in locating what was causing the clog. He successfully fixed the problem and was patient enough to answer all my questions about what was going on behind the drywall. All-in-all, very pleased with Cassius and the rest of the team at Pioneer. Five Star service for sure!!!

BioRemedies is simply the best plumbing service in Tucson. The work is excellent, the Fannon family is professional, conscientious and smart about their work. Just had all the old cast iron lines in my house rehabilitated by them and I am confident that the work was done right. Even had to excavate through the tile floor and slab inside the house to make sure the job was done right (the old pipe was really in bad shape). Your employee ran red light then flipped me off when I honked since I went because since I had green light. Who would ever want someone like that working in their home. Good to know I or anyone i know will not use your company.

Big thanks to Danny, Marcos and Angel for putting in a new tankless heater then fixing the cartridge in one of our showers. The work looked like it was done well (at least better than the stuff we had done before!) and they were all really friendly. Looking forward to having DoneRite do some other stuff around the house.

We have had a couple other companies out and have not received any estimates.I saw Austin's ad so decided to call.He came out that night and will be speaking to my property manager tomorrow to try to start a game plan. Very pleasant honest and and wling to show us everything and did not brush us off like the other companies because we are just the renters. If I owned my own house he is the one I would call for all my plumbing needs.

We've used Swanson twice. Once to snake the kitchen drain, and the another time to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally, at competitive rate, without any games.
