Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

BioRemedies is simply the best plumbing service in Tucson. The work is excellent, the Fannon family is professional, conscientious and smart about their work. Just had all the old cast iron lines in my house rehabilitated by them and I am confident that the work was done right. Even had to excavate through the tile floor and slab inside the house to make sure the job was done right (the old pipe was really in bad shape). I've had a somewhat uneven experiences with plumbers. Either they're way too expensive, seem to want to up-sell me, or appear as if they're still in training. These folks were amazing. Had a leaky pipe, cut out a section of the pipe to install a new shutoff valve, cleaned everything up and were out of here in under an hour. The quality of the work was first class (I've installed some plumbing myself so I'm not totally naive as to what a good sweat joint looks like).

I saw a couple 1-star reviews. Not sure about the guy being flipped off (that's just an odd review to leave) but I'm sure if the person who still had the leaky pipe had called back they would have followed up. My experience was great, from the appointment maker on the phone to the plumber who came and did the work - a retired Air Force guy.

Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! No fees unless the solution was complete.

Bid for correcting the bigger issue was available quickly.
