Best A/C System Maintenance in Tucson AZ

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

I cannot say enough for their expertise. They were recommended from another plumber who couldn’t navigate my sewer line. They were able to clear the line, when others recommended trenching and installing a new line. They are phenomenal and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

Curtis Plumbing has serviced our septic system for over 20 years. This is a reliable and reputable company. Communication with the office is always pleasant, scheduling is prompt and timely updates are provided. Joe arrived on time, was polite and promptly treated my system.

Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

David showed up on time with the right parts via a picture I texted him. He solved my leaky shower faucet and replaced the valve cartridges. His price was very reasonable and he finished in less than an hour. I will use this company again.

William is a thoroughly knowledgeable and personable member of the staff. Since Emmco days, he has followed and taken solid and good care of our Rheem unit for some years now. We appreciate his excellent work and highly recommend him and Done Rite for anyone needing their services on HVAC systems.

Had polybutylene pipes in the home we bought in Green Valley, he disconnected them and installed pex piping. He was the lowest bid and also the most detailed bid. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job.

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! They responded promptly to a Friday 2-10 Home Warranty claim and had me scheduled the same day for the next Monday. Joe & Oscar arrived on time, listened to us, diagnosed the problem and installed a new garbage disposal for us. Very professional in every way. They also explained how to keep the disposal working properly. Highly recommend them!!!

Chris performed a tankless water heater flush and system check and did a marvelous job and cleaned everything up beautifully. He was polite and helpfully explained everything he did.

We used Ram to unclog a drain, they were out the very next day and got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. What I really liked is that they cleaned up after themselves so well, my mother couldn't even tell they had been there. I appreciate you being local and doing a great job!
