This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. I will certainly call DrainMasters in the future for other plumbing needs. Thank you for helping me.

George really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. He came out and took care of my moms plumbing needs on a mobile home that is over 50 years old. He is very kind and got the work done in a timely manner. I have already asked him to replace two of my toilets in my own home as well. You will not be disappointed with George!

I called Intelligent Design after finding them on the web. Often times as a consumer we experience a wide range of quality when calling a company on a whim without someone recommending them to us. That being said, Jordan O. was my technician for my AC maintenance visit, and I was almost floored at how excellent he was. Jordan was a pleasure to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable, explained the entire process to me as he was working through it, and left me with knowledge that I would never have received on my own. The customer service experience that Jordan provided is beyond impressive, and it left no doubt in my mind that this is the company I’ll be calling for any of my needs in their scope of service going forward.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.
