Started with a service call on a 21 year old unit. It was time to replace. Brandon Schamahorn fit me in the same day to right size my home; no pressure! New team led by Jeff Wenzel installed next morning. Within 24 short hours of my original call, I have a whole new system beautifully installed! Great team and super personable.

I had a water main pipe burst under the driveway. Madero came out immediately, gave a very competitive estimate for a full replacement with PEX tubing and answered all of my questions. I had three other quotes, some were double the price Madero asked and would take almost a month to finish the project. I hired Madero, and after we had the underground utilities located, they came out early in the morning to get started, did the trenching, cut a section of driveway, laid 150ft of PEX tubing, installed new vales and put the landscaping back and had the water back on the same day. They were careful with all my desert landscaping, and put back everything so well you can hardly tell any work was done. Throughout the entire process, Ramiro was extremely communicative and helpful with any questions I had. I would have no hesitation recommending Madero Plumbing to anyone, 5 stars.

Ryan Morse was thorough and paid attention to detail. He went above and beyond to check everything carefully and even helped me fix a wire noticing it on his own. It was refreshing to have an honest tech who had work ethic.

They put in my Tankless Hot Water heater about 2 years ago. I had ZERO issues with the appointment setting, their timeliness despite COVID setbacks, they ALWAYS communicated and kept me up to date.

This is a strong recommendation for the plumbing services of Aarcher Contracting Corporation. I employed them in March, 2014 when my sewer clogged. When the standard snaking of the line didn't clear it, Clay Brown (the president of the company) recommended a big national company with heavier equipment. That company came out, broke off their cable in the line, and told me it would cost $1400 to install a clean-out to remove it, (and that wouldn't cover opening the sewer line afterwards). When I balked at that, they left me with the cable still in my line.

Clay and his crew were good enough to come back and install the clean-out, remove the broken cable, and clear the line so I had a working sewer, all for about half what the big company wanted just for the clean-out. But it doesn't end there…

After seeing a video of the cleaned out sewer line, Clay pointed out that there could be a collapse starting due to roots invading where the pipe met the county main pipe. He wrote an excellent letter on my behalf to the Pima County Waste Water Department, documenting that since the problem was at the junction, the necessary repairs were their responsibility. After seeing the letter, the county immediately agreed to repair that problem at no cost to me, saving me thousands of dollars in repair bills.

The Aarcher crew stuck with me through large and small difficulties, did a great job at a great price, and cleaned up another company's mess. They were honest, friendly, and professional, and saved me a small fortune over what the total cost could have been, even though it meant losing the work they convinced the county to do for free! I give them my highest recommendation, and will definitely call them again if I have any future plumbing problems. It feels good to support a local licensed contractor rather than a big national corporation, especially when it saves money.

I've used Professional twice and was very impressed on both occasions. When we awoke to a flooded house one morning, they were very fast to respond to a leaking water heater and it was repaired within a couple hours, even though the tech had to leave the house to purchase a part. The second time I hired them was to diagnose and repair a pesky stench that had been plaguing our house for months. The tech systematically went through the area, which included a water heater, bathroom, and washer/dryer, eliminating potential sources of the stench until he found a leaking seal at the base of our toilet. He spent a good amount of time replacing the seal and refurbishing the poorly-flushing toilet. The smell is now gone and the toilet is working better than ever. The tech was very kind and clean and the price was reasonable.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
