Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

My sewer line broke and I called Eric for him to come out and take a look at the project. He came out within hours of me calling him on a Saturday. Since I could not turn on water, flush toilets, shower, etc Eric was able to put in an emergency request and cancelled other jobs in order to take care of me and do the sewer line repairs himself!. The job was complete that Monday which is less than 48 hours from when I called him! Eric was very professional and I was so happy with the work he completed in a very timely manner for a reasonable price.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

This company came to my house to fix a gas link and did nothing at all but just sit out side and eat lunch then came and told me it’s fixed the gas company told me it was even worse then before and asked me if they did anything at all because it did not look like it 10 out of 10 this company is a joke

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

Had them at my house twice the last 35 days
first visit they cleared the main sewer and another drain
Came back 2nd time to clear sewer again and I was charged AGAIN and said they can’t guarantee their work now.2 days later the day before thanksgiving having the same issue

So in regards to your response, would a lover of Jesus take $500 from a family and leave them with the same problem on thanksgiving as well?

The technician was very nice.my husband was outside with him most he told me he was very good at doing this job made sure everything was done right. If we ever need anything in the future we will definitely call Rota rutted .

I am writing to recommend Dakota and Austin: nice guys, professional, competent, polite, and cleaned up after their work. They responded the same afternoon to a non-emergency plumbing call and were able to fix my problem (actually the toilet's problem) in a timely manner. This was a HUGE relief to me because I was due for guests in a couple days. I have used ASAP before, and I will use again!

Great Company, came out on short notice to repair a pretty heavy leak over my hot water tank. They not
only fixed the leak but cleaned up some sloppy work from the plumbers that were there before them. Highly recommend this company.

From setting up our installation, to confirming our toilets would be picked up, to having them put into our bathrooms, the Ott Family was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. Kathy was very kind on the phone and Nick was contentious while working in our home. We will always call on them for our plumbing needs.

What a joke of a business

Don't deserve one star!! The lady that answered hung up then I called back got voicemail. They have enough clients they don't need anymore client , so move to the next Google search
