Best Sewer Replacement in Toledo OH

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

They are 0.3 miles from my house and were a hour late. Spent 10 minutes looking at my tank with a cell phone flashlight and then told me I needed a new $2200 hot water tank. Cost me $100 just for them to come out and I guess I get that but when he asked if I wanted him to get the pilot light relit so I could have hot water until I replaced the tank, I didn't think he would just press the button on it like I had already tried. He then charged me $20 more because he attempted to light it. It didn't light by the way. Don't think I'll be calling them again.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

We had this company to unclog a kitchen drain. We were told they would charge $100/hr and stay until clean. After 2 hours we were told they did not have a snake long enough for our drain and tried to charge for 3 hours of service. The man who owned the company was very rude to me. They told me they checked the trap but when I went out after they left the door was frozen shut, they never opened it. Probably fine for a quick fix, but don’t expect them to try very hard.

Cody and Austin did a great job replacing our sump pump system. They were very knowledgeable, expedient and tidy. Explained their work and our new system after completion. Highly recommend!

We needed our shower valve/handle assembly replaced, the original being 35 years old and clogged, in the shower in our bathroom. Everyone else said we needed to have an access panel installed on the wall to access and replace the valve. Fickwood said no, that they could repair right through the cutout for the handle, with no access panel. I wanted to watch, and Brandon said no problem, he was used to customers wanting to watch the process. Called Fickwood Thurs afternoon, came out Fri for estimate, estimate was reasonable, and Brandon did the job on the spot. They use Delta valves, said they are superior to Moen, less clogging over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. They do the more difficult arthroscopic surgery on your shower for the same price as folks who leave the scar of an access panel. Also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Mike did great work. The price was very fair and he completed his work in a timely manner. I will definitely call Root Wrestler again when the need arises.

I wanted to take the time out here too thank you everybody for the help Oilers obviously aren't everybody's heating source hope this is going to be the last one I'll need for mylifetime and I appreciate the help that Pat and Dana Brian and Mike and The Croods have a question that I would like to talk to somebody about I pay $255.55 the week before repair and then again a hundred and $48 all total came to 761 that I spent with your company including up to last November and Mike told me this was going to be taken off the bill for the boiler so I'm assuming the boiler cost $8,260 and I'm getting it for 7500 I just wondered if this is correct and I also would like to make sure the payments for $150 4 months cuz that's all I can afford the boiler is working fine people address the problems Mike came over and adjust the thermostat Brian turn the boiler up to where it was in operating temperature unfortunately I've had a family during this process and it was extremely hard for me to deal with all this going on Dave

The plumber was very nice to work with. My call, them giving us an estimate, and replacing our water heater was all within 24 hours. They were a little pricey, but after calling 8 other plumbers, these guys were the only ones to actually come and seem like they wanted to do the work.
