This company retuned my call when no else would. He showed up on time and stayed in budget completing the job

same day. Very honest, professional, hard working and polite. I would strongly recommend him for all repair needs.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

If you want things done right the first time, call these guys! Professional service with all the technology and equipment to diagnose and fix your problem in 1 visit. Would not waste my time with anyone else.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

They did a fantastic job replacing my toilet - they came in reviewed the issue - we discussed a couple options - they went and purchased a replacement, installed, put the old one in my trash bin and broke it up and it was picked up with my regular trash. They cleaned up any mess/parts and I was back to working order in about 1 hour. I would hire them again in a second - I wouldn't even consider any other company. I am working with them to remove my tub and replace with walk in shower;

I made a call this morning because we've had a clogged drain. The girl that answered the phone was very polite and kind. She let me know that the service guys were out and they could get to me this afternoon. It was less than an hour when I got the call that a service guy was on his way to my house. He was in and out, very nice and professional. The clog is gone and we can finally use our kitchen sink again! I would recommend them. Quick service!

The water heater in my home had seen it's better days. I researched local plumbing companies looking for good reviews as I knew it was time for a replacement and I was hoping to have it taken care of as soon as possible, and by someone who was fair on price. Rooter Right Plumbing exceeded my expectations!! The gentleman who took care of this matter was polite and professional. He was able to get the job done in a timely manner and without any qualms (I had a light in the basement go out which could have made the job more difficult and inconvenient, but the gentleman was very confident that he could proceed in this condition). A job well done and well worth a five star rating! Thank you for your time and professionalism!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.

Supposedly fixed a broken pipe but it's still dripping and then they don't call you back they don't show up they just give you the run around do not use this business

Don't deserve one star!! The lady that answered hung up then I called back got voicemail. They have enough clients they don't need anymore client , so move to the next Google search
