Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

As good of works as I've ever seen, and such detail, whether it's a small half bath or a whole basement,u don't notice it first but when it's finished but everything comes together amazingly ,keep up the good work NAZ....

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

Called to unplug floor drain. Sent a guy out without the equipment that other companies had used previously. Using a hand held wand, next option was to offer up an estimate for like 9000 dollars! This was all done while it was just my wife handling business as I was at work. And took $250 and left. I Called another business and next day the guy had it done for 100 dollars using a power auger. They just showed up and said the job was not simple and left a half hour later basically, simple as that. End off day, took the money and left.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Had very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom - both the sink and the tub. Amber did a great job on the phone taking all of my information, and Jason he awesome out at the job site. Jason showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose where the blockage was occurring, and swiftly replaced two brass PEX connectors that had calcified over time. Water was flowing great immediately. Professional, high quality work done at a very fair price!

The tech that came out was Matt and he was very professional and a great guy! I would recommend them to everyone that needs any plumbing work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! overpriced, unprofessional, horrible customer service, & rude ownership. I decided to go with this company because they call themselves a Christian business. But when I got the rediculous price quote I voiced concern that i thought it was too expensive and the owner Greg became rude and condescending with me. This guy's the worst plumber in Toledo. Anyways I called Ben Franklin plumbing and they came out and fixed everything for less than half of the price these guys wanted. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

Joe and his coworker came out to fix multiple faucets in my home. They arrived early. They were very professional, covered my floors with tarps so they did not leave any footprints etc. The work they did was great. I am very happy with the work they completed in my home. I would definitely recommend them and if I need a plumber again, I will call Joe Ganzel Plumbing Inc.

They came out same day found the problem with my sewer 4 other companies couldn't fixed it fast and didn't over charge. I highly recommend these fine professional individuals.

SAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE MOMENT HE ARRIVED AT THE HOME. HE QUICKLY LOOKED AT THE SITUATION AND STARTED THE JOB. UPON COMPLETION WE CHECKED THINGS OVER, HE CLEANED UP THE AREA AND DISCARDED ANY TRASH AND STEEL PIPES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PERSON ON ANY JOB OR HOME. Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???

The plumber was very nice to work with. My call, them giving us an estimate, and replacing our water heater was all within 24 hours. They were a little pricey, but after calling 8 other plumbers, these guys were the only ones to actually come and seem like they wanted to do the work.
