Within 2 hours of my phone call to them my problem was solved. Stan is a great plumber and explained everything to me and was very nice. Price was very reasonable. I will call them again with any other problem I may have and will also recommend. Thank you so much for your help

Naz impressed us from beginning to end!! His overall workmanship is superb! He is polite and is ready to work each day. He went above and beyond for us. There was a bulk head above our shower that I thought couldn’t be removed, but he figured out that it could be removed, making the ceiling height in the whole bathroom all the same.

Naz did a great job with our bathroom renovations. We appreciate that he respected our opinions on how we want the bathroom done specifically on the final touches. He paid attention to every detail and our plan was well executed.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

I have used Pipe Doctor for the last 5 years. They did my whole house as it was renovated and added on in different phases. They never had a problem with the Inspectors and everything has held up pretty well over the years. As of writing this review, I recently had them out to ensure that the sump pump's and (backup) were ready and functioning for the upcoming spring. Eric came out and tested everything which was appreciated.

Through the years I have seen 7 or 8 different servicemen come into my house and all of them were respectful. Some of them I thought were more efficient than others.
I can assure you my experience overall through the years with Pipe Doctor has been a good one.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

My basement had sewage back up overnight. As a new homeowner I never experienced this in my life. I called the Drain Doctor and Amber was able to get me in within 2 hours same day. I was not on site at time of visit but my wife said Joel was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fixed within a few hours and I could not be more happier with their service. Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

I always appreciate a company that is honest and will fix something if it can be fixed rather than just replace it and charge me a ton of money. They are super responsive and are always on time. They are friendly and respectful of my home and my time.

I called Royor Rooyer for a clogged toilet. The serviceman came out within 30 min. Of call. His name was Chance. He quickly assessed the issue to make sure it was only the toilet and not overall plumbing saving needless cost time and money

Called them out, was told that my intermittent toilet leaking was probably condensation despite soaked floor mat, because it did not leak in front of their eyes... Flash forward 2 weeks, I've got a smelly, leaking mess every time the toilet is flushed. The problem was a broken flange, fixed by another company.

We called on Friday afternoon and made an appointment. We were told that they would arrive between 12:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday. We accepted that appointment. We received a call at 8:00am on Saturday morning that stated that we could be moved up to 9:00am. We were told our driver would arrive in 45 minutes, but he never showed. We called an hour and a half later, he said, “I will be there in 17 minutes.” He never showed. I called once again and they informed us that our technicians van broke down and they do not know when they will arrive at our house. We understand that things come up with vehicles; it truly is the worst. The problem that we are having is that we were never once were given a heads up. We were never told that there were any issues. They have since told us that they will be here “some time today”.
Things happen and we understand, but I think we can all learn from this; we must communicate better.
The supervisor was notified and his comment was, “I thought you were made aware of the issues.”
There is a loop-hole somewhere in their lines of communication and maybe through this encounter, they can get it fixed so no one else ends up in this situation.

Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???

The plumber was very nice to work with. My call, them giving us an estimate, and replacing our water heater was all within 24 hours. They were a little pricey, but after calling 8 other plumbers, these guys were the only ones to actually come and seem like they wanted to do the work.
