We live in apartment style condominiums.
A neighbor below me stated he noticed water leaking apparently from our shower into his shower which caused water damage to his ceiling. Naz answered my phone call personally and promptly. Naz called when he said he would and was on time for appointments. We found Naz to be honest, trustworthy, fair, polite, contentious, hard working.....there are not enough adjectives to completely describe his strong work ethic and dedication to please and complete a job well done. Naz displayed his knowledge and abilities needed to remodel a 30+ year old bathroom to include replacing the damaged drain pipe and repairing my neighbor's water damaged ceiling. I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

I had the Pipe Doctor replace a water main shutoff in the basement of my rental house in Toledo. Brandon did a great job he was quick, professional, and very thorough.

They just called to tell me they could not come out as scheduled and offered to reschedule. I had already taken time off from work....

My wife wants to reschedule, but visions of nobody showing up to finish the work, just will not let me.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Cannot express the amount of satisfaction I have from this company. Customer services is above and beyond, and everyone is kind an courteous. Had them do the jet for my main drain under the house, highly recommended and worth the money. Will continue to do business in the future with them, they're the only plumbers I'll call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! overpriced, unprofessional, horrible customer service, & rude ownership. I decided to go with this company because they call themselves a Christian business. But when I got the rediculous price quote I voiced concern that i thought it was too expensive and the owner Greg became rude and condescending with me. This guy's the worst plumber in Toledo. Anyways I called Ben Franklin plumbing and they came out and fixed everything for less than half of the price these guys wanted. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

Adam was great. Very clean, thorough and went above and beyond to help us with cleaning out our service drain from tree roots. He got the job done in a very timely fashion, explained everything very clearly, and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a pipe burst in my crawl. We thought the noise was furnace related. We waited 5 days for a furnace repair person to tell us it was a burst pipe. I immediately had them turn the water off. I called the first plumber that showed up in my area search. Every once in a while you get lucky and we did. I spoke with the owner's wife she said she would check with her husband to see when he could get to us. He was able to get to us within a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem within minutes. I highly recommend using these guys. Knowledgable, professional, quick and reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Have been trying to get ahold of this business for 3 days. Scheduled appointment to have sump pump (that they installed 2 yrs ago)that's under warranty replaced, never showed up and phone just goes to voicemail. Just looking for a phone call or explanation.

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.

Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???
