Within 2 hours of my phone call to them my problem was solved. Stan is a great plumber and explained everything to me and was very nice. Price was very reasonable. I will call them again with any other problem I may have and will also recommend. Thank you so much for your help

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

We live in apartment style condominiums.
A neighbor below me stated he noticed water leaking apparently from our shower into his shower which caused water damage to his ceiling. Naz answered my phone call personally and promptly. Naz called when he said he would and was on time for appointments. We found Naz to be honest, trustworthy, fair, polite, contentious, hard working.....there are not enough adjectives to completely describe his strong work ethic and dedication to please and complete a job well done. Naz displayed his knowledge and abilities needed to remodel a 30+ year old bathroom to include replacing the damaged drain pipe and repairing my neighbor's water damaged ceiling. Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

I thought I was dealing with a high quality service company when they came out to look into a possible pipe leak. I have been waiting for a call back for over a month and everytime I call and speak to the front desk I am promised the quote for repairs and have yet to receive one. I am struggling to get the paid invoice for the service call. What a waste of my time.

I had someone come to my house to give me an estimate to repair my shower. The handyman came and ended up causing my shower faucet to continuously leak and subsequently gave an estimate and then left my home with the shower leaking. My shower did not have any problems with leaking water before he came. I called him back to explain this and the handyman, Dan, as well as the owner, Ginger, proceeded to call me a liar and said I was trying to get business out of them for free when all I wanted was an explanation for why he left my house with my shower leaking when that was not a problem before he came. Their tone and attitude on the phone was very aggressive and hostile. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

I’ve used Drain Doctor several times. Each time if felt the quote was fair. They come out quickly and work with your schedule. I even needed a plumber on Christmas Eve and they were there quickly and didn’t charge extra for their service. Today I needed my main valves replaced and brought up to code. Once the water was turned back in and they were checking the water from the faucets, and issue with the bathroom sink was found and it was fixed with no extra charge. He even went to the hardware store and bought a replacement faucet! He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to use them

We had Action do our water heater replace in our house. Mike and Jake were friendly and respectful professionals. They came on time and cleaned everything after the installation. I would recommend them for any water heater replacements needs.

I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received today. My service provider and I hope that I get his name right Chase, or maybe Chance? Please forgive me, but anyway he was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very patient with me for I had a lot of questions and he thoroughly explained everything that he was doing. Joe and his coworker came out to fix multiple faucets in my home. They arrived early. They were very professional, covered my floors with tarps so they did not leave any footprints etc. The work they did was great. I am very happy with the work they completed in my home. What was suppose to be a nightmare, turned out to be just a dream. These guy's went out of there way to make this so bearable. Polite, friendly, professional and quick. I was so happy that I went with there company. They were GREAT.

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
