This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

Naz impressed us from beginning to end!! His overall workmanship is superb! He is polite and is ready to work each day. He went above and beyond for us. There was a bulk head above our shower that I thought couldn’t be removed, but he figured out that it could be removed, making the ceiling height in the whole bathroom all the same.

Naz did a great job with our bathroom renovations. We appreciate that he respected our opinions on how we want the bathroom done specifically on the final touches. He paid attention to every detail and our plan was well executed.

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

I would have liked to have given a better rating for this company. The technician was super nice and he came to my home the same day promptly. What should have tipped me off is that he tried to give me a quote for a new water heater right off the bat, without even looking at the water heater. I told him I thought it was the thermocouple.

The quote was really high but I was desperate for hot water. I totally get the $139 charge for after hours. Which I was glad to pay. He installs the new thermocouple,Tries to light it a couple times, but he realized the gas was still shut off. Turns on gas...Tries to light it again, thermal couple doesn’t stay lit, then says it’s the gas regulator, and that I might as well just get a new water heater because of the price to install a gas regulator. I asked what the charge would be because it took maybe tops 15 minutes to install. And furthermore, he didn’t even seem to troubleshoot it for that long.He said well technically I did the job it’s $439. (300 labor)And said that if I got a new water heater he would put some of that money towards a new water heater.
I just felt screwed over. I told him I’ll wait on the new water heater. It just felt fishy, I called Bluflame the next day, they came out, Looked at it did some adjustments, lit right up, he said it was not worth writing up and did not charge me for coming out. I would like a partial refund from Pipe Doctor.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Frozen pipes at the worst time. They responded promptly and even came back when we had additional problems. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor for your plumbing problems. Can't say enough good things about the service!

Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

Great service!! Nick and Jake updated our shower and fixed the cold water in our half bath. They went above and beyond by being super patient with my kids asking questions and watching them work. Thanks to them we can take showers without using pliers 😆

Upon a recommendation from a friend, we called ASAP to have our water heater replaced. We also had a new toilet that needed installed and figured since they were going to be here, we would have them install it. We needed an estimate for a home warranty which they wrote up for us after someone came out to assess our situation. After installation of the toilet, my boyfriend came home and realized the valve and the supply line to the toilet was not replaced which was on the original estimate. We notified them, said they would come back the next day, did not show, and then Sunday as well and didn't come out to resolve the issue until Monday. When they came out to replace the valve, they cracked a fitting and had to replace it. They heated up the copper line to take the soldered fitting off which caused black soot in all of the upstream lines and made a replacement out of different material with scrap pieces to repair it. The lines were not flushed, we did not notice until after they left but black sediment continued to come out of upstream lines. Now no cold water will come out of any lines to the 2nd floor, where our only full bath is located. The new toilet is also inoperable and black sediment is in the toilet, sinks, and bathtub. Call made the next day and was told it wasn't their issue. We tried several ways to remedy with no success. 2 attempts made to contact today, was told owner would return our call and never did. Tried calling a 3rd time and no answer. In addition the hot water heater was put up on 2 patio blocks that they asked for from us when they were here. Scratches on the wall to the basement as well.

Miles was super nice, and fun to talk with!! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was working, clean, and fixed up for me!! My shut-off valve is fixed, and my faucet doesn’t drip! Absolutely outstanding couldn’t have asked for a nicer plumber!

Technician was professional looking and knowledge. Truck was clean and professional looking. Phone representative was professional. All service was performed with regard for my home and equipment. While I did not receive service from them due to my state needing a sooner appointment, the person I spoke with was very informative, went out of her way to explain some industry information, and passed on another suggestion for someone who maybe would be able to come sooner. I booked with their recommendation, and my problem was solved in a matter of hours. Top notch service even when passing on business!!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
