This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

I cannot say enough good things about Drain Doctor and Jason. We had a sewer pipe backing up and Jason came out on a Sunday night and worked until midnight to fix it. Drain Doctor was honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the problem. Jason took care of us and provided a level of service that you just don’t get anymore and beyond that he truly cared about helping us during a trying time. If you need any plumbing work, this company should hands down be your first call.

Had a clogged pipe at my business came out 20 mins after I called them and had the line cleared and up and running again within an hour. Great friendly and knowledgeable guy.

Excellent work, very professional. Unclogged pipes that are typical of this area with some citric solutions. (See photo of lime deposits). Worth the expense. They also replaced corroded brass connectors with pex connectors and improved water pressure. Nice job Fickwood. They receive my highest recommendation.

Ott Plumbing does exceptional work! Very reasonable in cost also. They have completed several jobs for us over the past year. One of the jobs was to put in a backup sump pump, another job was providing another inlet for our in ground pool circulation, and they just completed fixing our washing machine shut-off valves. Very, very professional, excellent work, and very reasonable cost! Highly recommend!!

Zachary did a great job. He was punctual and explained what needed to be done in our emergency water heater replacement. He made a stressful time easier. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
