Wonderful, prompt service. Josh and Joe called before they arrived, and were spot on with their arrival time. They surveyed the situation, fixed the problem, and the cost was amazing. We have found ourselves new plumbers. Their motto is Honesty and integrity is our first priority. Believe them - they're the real deal.

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Quick response in an emergency, excellent work. Totally recommend.

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

Really great experience with this company. They came to our home quickly and explained different solutions to our problem, working with us. We will be happy to work with them again on a planned future project. Glad I saw their number on the side of a truck by chance on the way home one day and gave them a call!

They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They stay until the job is done right and completed. It turned into a difficult job because of unforseen problems behind the wall since my house is 96 years old and they did everything they could to ensure it was done right and cleaned up. Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.
