This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason Cousino came out to our house. It is over 100 years old and he was clearly very knowledgable about the needs of an older house and things to watch for. He told us things my husband could do, and things we'd need to plan for in the future. This was in addition to fixing the issue we called him for quickly. I really appreciate him taking the time he did to go over everything and make sure I understood. Older houses can be tricky and I just moved here 2 weeks ago. Having someone that I already know I can call is a huge weight off my mind.

I'm very upset main drain was clogged they charged 400$ and guess what 2 days later still backing up. Oh no warranty thanks.

I had a leak in the connection between my heater pipe and the inlet pipe. They re-piped the whole area and it looks and works great. Plus one guy, Miles was able to do it by himself.

Not only were the men that came here professional but conversational . Telling how Frickwood was formed and how happy they are working there. Quite a testament to management which permeates to the folks working .

After spending 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get multiple plumbing companies to repair or replace my h20 heater in my manufactured home, I decided to give Ott Plumbing a call and I'm grateful that I did! Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.
