Great company great service!

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The first project (replacing all cast iron plumbing) that Action did for us was great and we've been satisfied with the work for almost a year now; we called them out for a second project (to fix what another company had messed up with our sump and crock) and were glad we did- they got us on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, completed the work (exceeding our expectations), left the work area clean, and did not exceed the quoted price. They're our plumbing company now.

Super fast response time, was able to fix my sewer clog as well as find the cleanout, which much to our surprise was not where these houses typically have them. The guys were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Supposedly fixed a broken pipe but it's still dripping and then they don't call you back they don't show up they just give you the run around do not use this business

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.
