Team Pipe Doctor is professional and truly cares about our community. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

I'd like to give a shout-out to Doug, one of Action's servicemen. He did a great job at a fair price. What impressed me is that he was humble and understanding when I called to let him know he accidentally ruined my roommate's food when he failed to plug the freezer back in after using the socket for his machinery. He made the situation right, no questions asked. A real Pro.

Highly recommended. Yesterday was the second time my wife and I have employed ASAP and they did not disappoint. After I discovered our main sewer line backing up and draining very slowly I called ASAP. I was put in touch with Roger, who offered to come out that night. As this was a serious, but not emergency situation, we agreed that the following afternoon would be fine. Roger called the next day to let me know when to expect him and arrived on time. He and his crew went above and beyond to rectify our situation and in the process remedied our slow draining, nearly unusable basement toilet! It finally works! In addition to replacing antiquated hardware on our sewage stack, Roger also took the time to explain everything he and his coworker were doing and even laid out several preventive action options for us to consider. I will not hesitate to call ASAP again in the future as they absolutely live up to their wonderful reputation on Angie's List.

Nick came out for my sink leak the same day I called. He diagnosed the issue, came up with a plan, went out for parts, and performed the work all within three hours.
It was quick and professional, and made me feel comfortable!

Matt and his wife did a wonderful job on our clogged/broken drain. They had a floor to dig up and replaced a large chunk of rotted pipe. Cleaned up after themselves. I recommended them to my parents who also were very happy with his work. Would highly recommend to anyone.

David was amazing! He worked with my schedule and got the job done. He was knowledgeable and explained to me the issue at a kindergarten level. Prices were about what I expected and fair.
