We hired Naz to remodel our guest bathroom in our 1940s Old Orchard home. These old houses are built well, but require a lot of care when it comes to the remodeling process. Naz took care of our house like it was his own from day 1 and was a joy to have around throughout the process. It was important to us to make updates that fit in with the character of the home as well as the time period of the original build and Naz was very receptive to our ideas, would offer helpful ideas of his own, and executed everything flawlessly. He built us an entire new guest bathroom (from demo to floors, walls, tile work, new shower, installed new toilet, etc etc etc) and it is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. 5 stars but would give 6 stars if it was possible, and we'd love to hire Naz again for our main bathroom as well!

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

Pipe Doctor performs any service from snaking your pipes, unclogging your drains, and even major work digging out to the street to see what is going on with any issue. They are a growing company and continue to grow everyday. Keep up the good work Pipe Doctor!!!!

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Jason and Corey were on time, very professional and very thorough. Communicated well.

Have used this company a few times and never disappointed. Vic is a very reputable tech and does great work! I would highly refer their service. Thank you!! 😃

The first project (replacing all cast iron plumbing) that Action did for us was great and we've been satisfied with the work for almost a year now; we called them out for a second project (to fix what another company had messed up with our sump and crock) and were glad we did- they got us on the schedule quickly, showed up on time, completed the work (exceeding our expectations), left the work area clean, and did not exceed the quoted price. They're our plumbing company now.

Zach and Shawn were great. Very helpful and professional. Explained everything that was going on.
FYI don't hire Angie's list. Roto Rooter had to fix all their mistakes.

Josh arrived within an hour of receiving my call about a ceiling leak in my 00 year old home. He investigated the problem and gave great advice which included holding off on work until I remodel. Definitely recommend!

Called the Saturday before Easter for an emergency sump pump. They came out and handled the issue promplty and efficiently. Took their time to explain different options for back-up systems. Very helpful and professional. Pricing was very reasonable too. Will definitely use again in the future.

Just had Fickwood Plumbing 🪠 out to my house. Hands down the best plumbing company I have dealt with in Toledo! Extremely fast, friendly and fair with the pricing.

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
