I am extremely pleased with the exceptional work done by Naz Home Improvement in constructing a full bathroom in my basement. The results are truly astonishing. I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

They was cool

We had this company to unclog a kitchen drain. We were told they would charge $100/hr and stay until clean. After 2 hours we were told they did not have a snake long enough for our drain and tried to charge for 3 hours of service. The man who owned the company was very rude to me. They told me they checked the trap but when I went out after they left the door was frozen shut, they never opened it. Probably fine for a quick fix, but don’t expect them to try very hard.

I just asked them to provide me estimate for installing a backup sump pump system. Josh showed up as scheduled and not only provided me the estimate but also provided me lot of information about this system and answered all my questions. I didn't go with them due to change of my mind and going in favor of water powered backup pump instead of battery powered system. But his information really helped me a lot in my selection.

Great service and people! Was able to schedule a service call for the next day. Two young men very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this service company and call them again if needed!

When I had them set to come out and give a quote, we discussed that no one was living there and it would have to be my father in law (home owner) that would be there. So she advised, she would mark the order as to not do the call ahead and just come to appt as I would be at work. However, this is not what happened. The guy called and left a message, I was unable to answer and as soon as I could get free to return call, I had to leave him a msg. When he called back, he advised since he couldn't get a hold of me he moved on to next job across town. So my father in law drove across town for NOTHING!! I will not be doing business with them!!!

Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???
