On a Friday a technician came out to assess the job and get us a quote. He said we would have the quote Sunday or Monday. On Wednesday I called since I had not heard yet, and was told I would hear something soon as the tech was busy. I called again Friday as I still had not heard and was told I would be emailed the quote instead. On Monday I finally received a rather high quote. Wednesday I had a different company come out and had a quote before the tech left for half the price. Overall waste of time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason was in and out in less than an hour and had our drain backup fixed. Great price, great service, and very accommodating to my personal schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

I needed work done on my boiler and couldn't be more impressed with Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating! They have a professional office staff to answer your call (no more hoping to get a call back), they have up-front pricing and service people who are prompt, courteous and professional. Ross was invaluable in his honest advice about what I needed and performed the work efficiently and completely. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I have found my go-to plumbing and heating contractor!!!!

Fred took the time to really think through my problem to figure out the best way to resolve the situation. I felt very comfortable knowing he had more than a one-size fits all attitude as that would definitely not work to eliminate the water problem in my basement.

After spending 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get multiple plumbing companies to repair or replace my h20 heater in my manufactured home, I decided to give Ott Plumbing a call and I'm grateful that I did! Corey took my call and answered questions about my home warranty program and dispatched Nick to my home within 10 min!! Nick was very professional and went way above and beyond, even speaking to my warranty company multiple times to get the claim approval and job done the same day. WOW! Every single co. I contacted wold not even work on a manufactured home,, nor deal with a third party warranty company! NICK WAS TOP NOTCH! He was patient and relentless in getting our needs met right now!

I had a bad leak coming from one of my radiator pipes. Repairs consisted of replacing piping to one of my radiators and replacing pieces of the boiler system lines. Repairs were done on 12/14/20 in Toledo OH.

-Receptionist was very polite and attentive
-Showed up when they said they would
-No surprises on the bill
-Clean and courteous

BFP scheduled for 2 plumbers, Larry and Aaron, to come for repairs. They showed up at the time that they said they would, which I very much appreciated. Part of the job involved draining and refilling the water from my boiler system, so it was a lengthy job. Thankfully the guys were very clean and courteous, and I felt comfortable having them in my home around my family. They did great work. The leak is gone, and they had my heat back on quickly. They also did a great job of showing me what work needed to be done and explaining why. We discussed all repairs and pricing before they began, so we were on the same page about repair costs. At the end they made sure that I was content with the work before they packed up.

I am very pleased, and I recommend using using Benjamin Franklin for plumbing.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
