Best Plumber in Toledo OH

Would not recommend. Came out through a home warranty did absolutely nothing and still charged service fee.

I will start by saying they are very expensive, at my house about an hour and a half and almost no parts, other than a couple fittings used and it ran us almost $700. However, they did great work and were at our house within 40 minutes of a call on Saturday afternoon.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Rudest a-hole I've ever dealt with. He didn't fix the problem, cussed me out, destroyed our sewer, and then drove off. I will never do business with them again and I hope you don't either.

I called and Brian And Lindsey showed up within an hour. They were very knowledgeable and tidy while they were working. The answered all questions and went above and behind with cleanup after cutting out part of my ceiling due to the leak. I will definitely call again if I need a plumber!

Had a sink plugged up, took about 30-35 minutes. Recommend highly. 5/5

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.

So much money

Hired Rob to fix a leak. He came while I was at work. He Lied and stole $400 from my pregnant wife.

Trying to get them to honor warranty they won't respond. Water seeping out of plumbing they installed and puddles on basement floor for weeks now.
