Best Jet Drain Cleaning in Toledo OH

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

I guess this company doesn't want my business. They came out over a month ago and took the measurements for my concrete replacement. I was told I'd hear back in a week. 5 weeks later and 2 follow up phone calls from me to their company, and no quote or call back of any kind.

I can only image what would happen if something went wrong with their work.

We called Drain Master out to our home bc we heard running water through the walls so we knew there was an issue. While they sent out a technician quickly to pump out the water from our crawl space the work was awful. Scott was our technician. He was friendly but said he “couldn’t reach the leak” and recommended we tear out our bathroom floor which would have costed us several thousand more. We had multiple other plumbers out who never recommended destroying our bathroom to fix our leak. Scott left us with water leaking in our crawl space so we had to turn our water off for several days until another plumber came out and fixed the repair Scott tried to complete. This plumber said he didn’t know what he was doing. Would leave 0 stars if we could.

I've used them in the past and had a good exp, so I tried them again. They sent out 2 younger kids to give me a quote on fixing a broken shower faucet. Quoted me a # so high it was clear they just didn't want to do the work. It was more work that I realized even though this was the company who replaced the previous one and it took them less than an hour. Wasted my time and had to go a whole nother day without a shower because they showed up at 6 instead of early afternoon.
Got somebody else to come out and fix it for less than a hundred bucks in 10 minutes. Lesson learned never again
