Best Heater Installation in Toledo OH

This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional work done by Naz Home Improvement in constructing a full bathroom in my basement. The results are truly astonishing. Naz demonstrated great skill and craftsmanship, delivering outstanding quality at a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. GREAT JOB!

If I could give zero stars I would. They were suppose to be here between 12-2. Still nobody at 4 and no call to explain. We called and they said it will be later. At 6:15 we called to cancel and were told they were just finishing up the previous job. NOPE, CANCEL!!

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Come out on time. Figured out the problem and fixed it immediately. The price was amazing as well as the customer service. He explained all the option and went above and beyond. Also stayed late to make sure it was done that evening.

Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

I am writing this for a elderly customer. She was very happy with the service that she received from Action Sewer & Plumbing. The service guys were Steve & Ray & she said they went above & beyond to help her with her issues. They were respectful & nice. It is nice to know that there are companies & workers who still put customer service first.

I am impressed with the company as a whole. They are professional and friendly and get the job done! Customer service over the phone is outstanding. Zack was the worker who came out and took care of our issue. He is extremely professional and took the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. He is definitely someone I would recommend to my friends and family and is a true asset to his company. Thank you Zack and thank you Roto Rooter!

Joe and LG were very responsive and quick to remove my old dishwasher and install a new one. They were extremely thorough in their installation and ensured the quality of install as well. I would highly recommend!

Ganzel was able to correct some shoddy plumbing work and re-pipe so that my hot water circulation line works the way it is supposed to, for almost half the cost of other estimates! I couldn't be happier with the work and with their overall professionalism. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Came unclog my toilet with a manual snake. On March 1st .Less than 8 hrs it was still clogged up. Vic the plumber said he will come back March 2nd. I waited. I text him at 12 noon. He said, I will be over there in a minute. 6 hours went by, no show. Text him again, he said he will come today at 4pm. After 4pm I text his d....a.. .. again. He said he was doing some emergency jobs. But I had a appointment. He said he was coming at 8 pm . No call no show again. I didn't text him no more. I see he is f..... Of .....sh..... ASAP has good reviews on the internet that's the reason I called them .But I see THE GOOD REVIEWS WHERE LIES

Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???

What a joke of a business

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.
