Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

As time went by - our water pressure dwindled Almost to Nothing

We had a water pipe burst in the early morning hours. My wife called and promised to fix it by the end of the day. They stayed in contact with us all day letting us know they would be coming out to help. Even after they worked a 16 hour day they showed up professional and happy! They fixed the problem quickly and restored our water in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a honest and professional plumber.

I went through Angie's list and found this guy. Tried to stay with small business being a small business owner myself. He agreed to install a tankless water heater for us and he did so. When i reviewed the bill he added $100 into the tax. When I confronted him on this he said it was a processing fee from Square and he had no idea. I told him he can't hide charges like that and he should refund me we talked about installing a instant hot water device for 250 and using that as a credit. We scheduled 3 separate Saturday mornings and he never showed for any of them. Only one he reached out to me to let me know. I finally decided to cut ties with him and just ask for a straight refund, he said he mailed it on Feb. 15th. As of today (4/29) still no check. I have contacted BBB and Angie's List. At this point, it's not about the money. It's about integrity and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!!
