Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

I had the Pipe Doctor replace a water main shutoff in the basement of my rental house in Toledo. Brandon did a great job he was quick, professional, and very thorough.

Ott Plumbing responded with an estimate VERY quickly and their installers were professional and efficient. And to be honest, Cassie's professionalism, knowledge, honesty and confidence on the phone is what sold us on giving them our business!

We had a water pipe burst in the early morning hours. My wife called and promised to fix it by the end of the day. They stayed in contact with us all day letting us know they would be coming out to help. Even after they worked a 16 hour day they showed up professional and happy! They fixed the problem quickly and restored our water in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a honest and professional plumber.

Courteous, professional, fair, and prompt. Helped me with multiple kitchen and bathroom issues. Brian even came out a second day to help with installing a dishwasher. He arrived the same morning I reached out for help. Will definitely use again.

I call get a appointment to get my broken pipe fixed got the appointment took the day off because they were supposed to come in the afternoon we were a paying customer before by 4 in the afternoon no plumber so I call them they never called me supposedly they had 2 trucks break down at same time they wouldn't be able to get to me at all this week Bullshit could of called me before I called you and r u gonna pay my wages for the day I think not never again will we be a customer

Called for an estimate. Rob came out gave me a quote, asked me to remove a section of baseboard to give him better access. Said he'd be back in a couple hours with different equipment, and never came back, did't reply to txt, or phone message. Could have at least been professional enough to say he didn't want the job.
