Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

My basement had sewage back up overnight. As a new homeowner I never experienced this in my life. I called the Drain Doctor and Amber was able to get me in within 2 hours same day. I was not on site at time of visit but my wife said Joel was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fixed within a few hours and I could not be more happier with their service. I had a great experience a few years ago with this company. I should have called them again right off the bat for a recent problem I had. Instead, i had to call them in to to take care of a problem that Drain Doctor botched. Long story short, Drain Doctor charged me for a service they actually made worse. Then they were going to charge me more to fix the problem. Luckily due to their poor customer service I couldn't get them out to do the job. So instead I called Roto Rooter. They came out and took care of the original problem. And told me there was no other problem that needed fixed. I will never call anybody again except roto rooter. Everything about the experience was exceptional. From the second the office took the call I felt that my business was important. The person on the phone was prompt, courteous and respectful. And she held true to her word every step of the way. She gave me a day and time and she got back to me to confirm we were still scheduled. Then she called me when the tech was on his way. The tech was kind and patient with us as we explained our horror story with the other plumbing company. He assessed the situation, handled it professionally, and went through the extra steps needed to ensure that we didn't need any other work done.

If I could give Fred Fick and Fickwood Plumbing 100 STARS I would! I have hired them for all of my rental properties over since 2010. They also stalled new bathrooms and new plumbing in the kitchens of houses I've renovated. I only have the highest admiration and apprecoation for Fred, Jimmy and the Fickwood Plumbing Team!

Nick, Jason, and one other older male from Ott Plumbing came to my home for repairs on two occasions, back-to-back, and displayed exceptional customer service. They explained in great details what repairs were needed, the amount of time allotted to complete the repairs, and provided me with a ruff estimate of how much it may be out of pocket. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
