Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional work done by Naz Home Improvement in constructing a full bathroom in my basement. The results are truly astonishing. Naz demonstrated great skill and craftsmanship, delivering outstanding quality at a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. GREAT JOB!

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Drain Doctor did a fantastic job! The technician Josh was knowledgeable and speedy with his repair! Will use Drain Doctor for all my plumbing needs! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

zack did a great job in solving my kitchen sink issues. He had to replace several parts considering some were likely from when the house was built in 1930s.

I had Ott Plumbing do my new house plumbing. They did everything from running all water and sewer lines to putting in all the fixtures at the end. It was a great experience with them. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and met every deadline that was needed to move in on time. Each inspection that was done passed the first time which was a plus. They asked for input all along the way and catered to details that I wanted. I was very comfortable working with them and they were patient with my many questions throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Ott Plumbing for any plumbing service that is needed.

Ben Franklin Plumbing did a great job replacing our two bathrooms.

Our home is over 50 years old and the bathrooms were never updated, and they looked it. We decided to have both bathrooms “stripped to the studs” and rebuilt. Ben Franklin Plumbing sent their “bathrooms man”, Levi, who designed and installed two gorgeous bathrooms. He worked with us on what we wanted and filled in the rest with from his experience. The resulting bathrooms “stunned” our relatives, and I mean that in a very good way. Not only are they great to look at, but all the electrical and plumbing have been upgraded to code. Additionally, we had problems with the outdoor spigots and our kitchen sink faucet which they fixed as well. I can’t say enough about the great job Levi and his crew did and we can’t thank them enough for the great work. I highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and Levi and his crew to anyone needing a bathroom upgrade/install!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
