I thought I was dealing with a high quality service company when they came out to look into a possible pipe leak. I have been waiting for a call back for over a month and everytime I call and speak to the front desk I am promised the quote for repairs and have yet to receive one. I am struggling to get the paid invoice for the service call. What a waste of my time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Been using them for many years

Called them last night, they called back at 7:45a and had 2 technicians at my house at 8:15a. Rory and Shawn asked me about what was going on, told me what they thought the issue was and came up with a plan to verify. 10 minutes later they confirmed where the problem was, we talked about options to resolve it, and they had line out to the street clear in under an hour. They noticed my bathtub draining slow and offered to fix that as well!! Rory and Shawn did a great job cleaning up and spent a few minutes afterwards talking about different options for cleanouts if required and even some time going over preventative maintenance to minimize the chance of future issues with the sewer line. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your plumbing projects or repairs!!

Joe and his coworker came out to fix multiple faucets in my home. They arrived early. They were very professional, covered my floors with tarps so they did not leave any footprints etc. The work they did was great. I am very happy with the work they completed in my home. I would definitely recommend them and if I need a plumber again, I will call Joe Ganzel Plumbing Inc.
