Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

The true character of a company shows, not when things go right, but when things go wrong. Workers have off days and mistakes happen, that’s understandable. What is not understandable though is the entire culture of unprofessional, unethical, and shady behavior that this company demonstrated from the top down. after many mistakes were made (which have been inspected and confirmed by a professional). Their negligent work resulted in damage to our home after the pipes that were installed were failed to be tightened and the dishwasher hose was not checked to ensure it was secure after being moved and yanked during the garbage disposal installation after replacing our sink. This negligence resulted in water damage to our brand new floor. Even after they attempted to fix the issue, it was still not correctly finished. Another plumber pointed out there was no high loop, which can cause additional issues.

We had a water pipe burst in the early morning hours. My wife called and promised to fix it by the end of the day. They stayed in contact with us all day letting us know they would be coming out to help. Even after they worked a 16 hour day they showed up professional and happy! They fixed the problem quickly and restored our water in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a honest and professional plumber.

They did not keep their appointment and I wasted half a day because of their unprofessional ways.

This plumber service is so good that if they dont do the work you need done they give you the number and refer you to someone who can . How great is that.

Jason, the contractor was an absolute Godsend! He went above and beyond making sure that quality work was installed. He kept in constant contact with each step, sending me pictures of the work that was being done. He was very precise with his work as a contractor and wanted to make sure the work was done correctly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
