Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

Well they were prompt alright, showed up shortly after we called for a backed up toilet and then tried to charge us 900.00 to snake it. What a joke. Stay far away!!

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

I had a great experience with this company. They had a service tech at my house within a reasonable time. The service tech was courteous, polite, and professional. He was dedicated to my plumbing issue, and resolved the issue within an hour or so. The cost of the services was very reasonable and ultimately I am a very happy customer, therefore I gave 5 stars.

Rooter Right Plumbing was excellent. I called later at night with a problem and they came out early the next day to fixed the issue. Very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering any questions that we had. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.

Fails to show up and fix the issue he created, installed a faulty tankless water heater, now I have no hot water and my basement leaks. THANKS GUY. More legal is coming soon, don't worry

Go anywhere else they charged $1500 for 3 hours work. $500 an hour?
