As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

Llona Plumbing was great to work with and they were very professional. Jak Vu was very helpful and took time to walk me through what he was seeing with my main drain line and any issues he thought should be addressed. Highly recommend this company and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs I have at my house.

Unfortunately my wife and I have had some issues with the plumbing in our home. Called other plumbers who came out got the clog unclogged but were never interested in actually fixing the problem. I called Flow Pros last night for the same issue that the other guys fixed and Jared was able to come out and not only quickly fix the issue but explained to me how I can help prevent it from ever happening again. He even sent me links to websites where I can purchase what I need to actually fix our issue.

Update: Our whole home filter and softening system was installed today by Jason and Jesse. They did a great job. It was a little bit of a more complicated install since they were removing our old system and re-using the UV Sanitizer and the pre-filter from the old unit with the new system. Jason did a great job making it look neat and tidy. He also installed a utility sink in out garage. He even took the time to replace the drywall that had to be removed and tape it in preparation for the drywall repair guy so we didn’t have a huge gap in our wall. I am always impressed with Jason’s work and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Jason and Jesse!

We have used Jason several times in the past. He has always done great work for us. We highly recommend him and his work. He will be installing a new whole home filtration system and softener system in our garage as well as installing a utility sink in our garage. I have total confidence that it will be done correctly and be high quality when it is finished.

Our garbage disposal died, and I called Bay Area Plumbing to fix it. They came out quickly, changed out the garbage disposal in no time, and were very friendly. I have also seen their involvement in the community and am glad to support a great company with a big heart!

Plumber showed up during designated time frame (for me that is unusual). Protected my plants when working. Went the extra step and ran a camera through the line after it was cleared out. Plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. Got his business card, will use this company again.
