Unprofessional, shady work. He fixed a leaky water heater by placing a pipe into a bucket. He said that it was leaking because no one was using the home. Once someone was in the home it would stop leaking. When we moved in, the leak got worse. We contacted two different plumbers and both companies said we needed an expansion tank to stop the leaks and needed a new valve. I would question the validity of his work. I highly recommend DBR plumbing for your repairs.

We hired Gas Works to connect the natural gas from the house to an outdoor grill. They were very responsive from the beginning and all the way through. They were quick to schedule the work and the pricing was very appropriate. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent; on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they were there to do and how they were going to do it. They completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

Low water pressure in shower on hot water side. Charged me for something I already knew. Didn't fix the problem or give me a estimate on repair. Do not use this company.

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.

Jose came in to fix my draining issue today and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. As soon as I began to explain the issue he recognized the possible problem and began to work. He completed the job quick and fixed my drain. Very professional and they will be my go to plumber from now on.
