I called Llona for service on my 83 year old Grandmother's plumbing. Larry came out and was so kind and courteous to my Grandma. The pricing for the service was great! The work was done quickly and they even called 2 days later to check on my Grandma to make sure everything was good with the plumbing. I will defiantly recommend them to friends and family.

I was disappointed with Plumbing Today when they came out to provide me with a quote for two toilet installations. To purchase a low end toilet from Plumbing Today with installation and a Maintenance Agreement was $1,700. The cost for this senior citizen on a fixed income was excessively high. I am looking for other resources that is more senior friendly.

Highly recommend! Anthony was EARLY, polite, treated me w/ respect! That man spent ALL day (he had to dig up my old pipes in my yard and reroute) making sure the job was done properly. He identified the problem in minutes! … he’s the water whisperer, my front yard was flooded and he spotted the location of the leak quickly. They were the only company that was able to send someone same day for my plumbing emergency!!! And was 1 of 2 companies that called me after requesting an estimate from all the professionals listed. Anthony would also explain what steps he was taking and any hiccups he faced. All done in a respectful way. I prefer to know what’s happening without hovering over him, and he did exactly that. Now, there was only one negative… after a heavy rain storm, the dirt in the holes for the piping packed in, causing major dips and caverns in the ground. Luckily, I’m capable to fill in the dirt where it lacked. Being a single female, I felt comfortable, respected and not taken advantage of. Highly recommend! Great company! Great pricing and great associates!!

We’ve been doing business with Tampa Bay Plumbing since 2016. Their responsiveness, honesty and commitment to doing a quality job gives us the confidence to keep them as our desired plumbing service.

WeI received a call from a gentleman advising they got notice I was looking for a plumber, he said they give free estimates and if we use the service they give 1st time customers a $75.00 gift card to use wherever we would like. I scheduled them to come out to give an estimate, they ended up delaying a day and came out a day later. Robert gave an estimate and the work was ok'd to do. After the work was done and it was paid, there was no gift card. Robert advised I needed to call the office, then he said no I took it off the bill. But that couldn't be as the estimate didn't show a $75.00 discount nor did they provide a final receipt showing the discount was deducted. They also sent an email advising they give 3 lottery tickets and a $75.00 gift card to first time customers. The did do the work but beware of free offers as they do not provide what they say.

We are a first time customer of Titan Plumbing and Electric. We can not say enough about how satisfied we are with their service. Their prices are very reasonable first of all . And Anthony, our serviceman, was prompt, kind, polite, efficient, clean and very professional. The company is family owned and we will have NO reservation hiring them to do more work for us in the future.

I can't say enough good things about John, his company and his workers. We did a pipe re-lining on our 70 yr old pipes. His price was good and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. His workers were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them with full confidence and trust.

He did a very good job, changed the unit and now i have warm water again, I would recommend it.
