Very pleased with Alvarez Plumbing, we have used them before and have never been disappointed. Our toilet was running in a bad way and needed some extensive work. James was sent to our home, he was polite and wore protective booties when he entered our home. James explained what needed to be done and since we had some knowledge of what was wrong, knew he was being honest. James did an awesome job replacing the damaged parts, everything looked good and no leaks were detected after. We will use Alvarez again and request for James to do the work.

I have a tankless water heater. The water was no longer getting hot. I called Roto Rooter and they sent out Muka. Muka found the problem; there was a bad heating element. Muka was very friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through the entire process step by step. He helped me determine what parts were needed and how to get them. The parts were ordered and Muka returned on Monday morning to complete the service. We are very happy to have hot water again! Thank you Muka, EXCELLENT JOB!

I cannot recommend Richard and his company enough! We had to have extensive plumbing work done in our backyard, and Richard got it done quickly and effectively! He kept us updated throughout the entire process and is very quick to respond to any concerns. We will definitely contact him with any needs in the future!

These guys are great! Came and fixed my main water supply so quickly! Had been without power for 12 hours when I called them. Had it done quick as can be! Everyone else wanted me to wait till the next day! Very fair pricing as well!

Vince came out to fix our shower head and he was very professional, knowledgeable and really just a pleasure to be around. I’d highly recommend Titan and more importantly Vince to anyone in the area.

The service window time I was given was scheduled for 11:00-1:00. Our plumbing technician called at 2:00 and apologized for the confusion with the appt time. He arrived at 2:15, came into the house taking off his shoes (thank you!), and quickly took care of our toilet problem! Chip was very personable, efficient, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it! I am happy overall!

Keeping things short and simple. I first called in explained what my issue was and before offering to service the person I was speaking with asked if maybe I had a warranty with another company that came out prior to their visit. I went ahead and scheduled someone to call me and while I waited I checked on possible warranty and therewas not any. Stephen called after a text with his info and picture was sent to me. He was able to come out even though I was not able to be here, my son was, and after he looked at the issue, called me, gave possible solutions to the problem, did the work, called back with a little other items we needed done (things I was going to do but didn't have time to), best part he was able to bill mute via E-mail so I didn't have to come back to the house from a job. After I made the payment I sent him a text and he closed our ticket!
