I was standing outside talking about the problem with my neighbor they pulled up 10 min after I called them!!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Had AC problems at around 5:30pm Friday night, called around several ac repair companies. Acree sent Anthony out within an hour and a half and he was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. Super kind, explained everything, and worked fast.

I was able to get an appointment fast and they were on time. John did an excellent job on changing a kitchen faucet and shut-off valves. I would highly recommend APP for your plumbing needs.

Warranty company sent him all 3 times he just wants to get his fee and not do anything else her replaced my whirlpool garbage disposal with a cheap One that continues to leak in my sink cabinet

Their waste disposal repair service was excellent, and I would recommend them without hesitation for any plumbing requirements.

Busted my outside faucet allowing water to gush out all over my lawn. Called True Plumbers and got not only a quick response on the phone, but a repair person (John) was on premises way ahead of his scheduled time of arrival. The repair was done quickly and John was very professional.

Well, I found me a new plumber! For 2 weeks now I've had the slowest shower drain in town. I say had because Excellent Plumbing Services sent out their team and opened it right up.They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and charged a fair, affordable price. THANK YOU Greg and Peter! I wanted to take a minute and give a HUGE thank you for the exceptional service I received from this company. We had an emergency and at 10:40PM Ray came out. Well, to make a long story short, he didn't leave until almost 2:30AM with the issue still not being fixed. remind you, we could not use anything that pertained to turning the water on. So, when they said they were sending someone out again today, I was so happy to see it was Ray again. Well, after a few more hours, (over 24 w/o any usage of water) FINALLY found the issue .This man is so patient and pleasant to speak to. In my eyes he went above and beyond any serviceman needed to as he was destined to find the cause of the problem. I also have to include his boss Mike, who I know I drove crazy with the phone calls. At the end, we had a nice conversation and also very thankful that everything was fixed. I know this is a little long, but I like to give credit to where it is due. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed. Good job guys!!!
