Awful customer service, would never go back even if they paid me.

I wanted to take a minute and give a HUGE thank you for the exceptional service I received from this company. We had an emergency and at 10:40PM Ray came out. Well, to make a long story short, he didn't leave until almost 2:30AM with the issue still not being fixed. remind you, we could not use anything that pertained to turning the water on. So, when they said they were sending someone out again today, I was so happy to see it was Ray again. Well, after a few more hours, (over 24 w/o any usage of water) FINALLY found the issue .This man is so patient and pleasant to speak to. In my eyes he went above and beyond any serviceman needed to as he was destined to find the cause of the problem. I also have to include his boss Mike, who I know I drove crazy with the phone calls. At the end, we had a nice conversation and also very thankful that everything was fixed. I know this is a little long, but I like to give credit to where it is due. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed. Good job guys!!!

I'm so disappointed and ticked off that this company showed it's TRUE colors. I must start of by saying I was scheduled for a service call from my Home warranty thru them for Wednesday and I called Tuesday to verify my appointment I was told 12-4 PM I took off work waited till 5pm called mike the owner he told me he had no record of me on his schedule and he was sorry his wife told me that. He put me on for that next day Thursday. The tech came out spent time there unclogging my pipe and left the portion of my pipe still open and forgot the rubber piece I had placed on there. I came home to my entire garage Flooded!!! And some how re clogged. I called up that same second he apologized and said he will be out tomorrow this time he came put a new cap on fixed the plumbing again because it was rec logged only this time his machine vibrated and knocked over a jack that happen to land on my Grouper fishing pole and snapped the pole almost in half and then I came home again texted the owner and his response was it was an honest mistake I asked him to make things right by refunding my service call he kept on justifying he had to come back out to fix the leak again as if it was my problem. Then after all this he told me he would be giving me 75 bucks back to my card I waited a week no refund. Then I asked him he said we don't have your card on file that he will send me a check been 10 days before nothing. If a plumbing company has a hard time refunding 75 bucks good luck getting any serious damages fixed. It's a shame they acted like this beware of this place. Yes they may be nice but in a bind they are dishonest

Shawn did a great job!!! After the plumber from the company Hers and His came, he didn't do a thing. For days he try to sell me a tank for the toilet, then he switch over to a whole new toilet. The only thing the thank needed was new screws. He could not remove the screws so he try to sell me a new toilet and then i would have to pay him to install it. What a shame.
Florida Plumbing & Environmental Service (Shawn) came to my rescue, change the screws and the work was done. He also adjust the stopper from the sink, something the plumber from Hers & His could not do.🤦‍♂️😰

I just wanted to say that our experience with Ray was absolutely amazing. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is working properly and the way it should while giving you a fair price on it all. He takes time in his work and has shown some of the best customer service I have received. It is rare to have someone take care of you like they would take care of family, but I have to say Ray made me feel like he would do all he could to help. Thank you so much for fixing the issue and being an absolute pleasure to work with!!

This company is the most unprofessional company ever!!!!, We had an appointment with them and we waited all day and no one showed. I called later and spoke to a lady who said we were infact on their schedule but to not leave they were on our way.

Awful experience. Horrendous customer service and offers no guarantee on their work at all. I used their services on Saturday March 5th for a blockage. Within a week the problem resurfaced in the same area of our home and they would not come out to look at it again. The owner, Mike, responded with maybe if you spend some money, things will get fixed...he says this after we have already spent nearly $1,000 on the issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if your home warranty company uses them as a vendor, DEMAND A DIFFERENT VENDOR.

Horrible communication and customer service!

1. I was given a 4 hour window between 10-2. The technician called at 1:30 to say he would not be able to make it until 3. I ran an errand and he showed up and left by 3. NO phone calls, no text messages. nothing.
2. At 4 I called and asked if he was still coming. I was told he took a picture of our front door at 2:43! Travis the office manager stated he doesn't pay his guys to sit and wait! Even though I was home by 3!
3. I was given their name from my home warranty. They did NOT call me within the 24 hours I was told they would. When I called them to schedule, they stated they had 2 business days to call me!
4. Per my home warranty, they had 24 hours to schedule the appointment, which, guess what? They were unable to do! It was scheduled two days later.

I can not believe anybody gave this place a positive report. They were chosen by my warranty company because the claim was expeditited and they told me they would be able to fix it in 24 hrs. I had no water. Mike came out the following day and said he was not even someone who COULD fix it, as he did leak detection. So noone would even come look at the leak until the following day and for 300$!!!!. He had a bad knee so he couldn't do it. He promised to call me back after making sure the home warranty would cover the 300$ to just look at the leak under the house. So i waited..... FOUR HOURS and he did not answer when i called. Finally i called my warranty place to find out myself and they told me he called after he left here and said he didnt want the job, never even asked if they wouod cover it.. So now noone can come until later in the week, because its too late in the day to even schedule anything.. Terribly unprofessional and not to mention completely insensitive. Now i have to pay an after hours plumber because i need water.

Florida plumbing is the worst company you can hire you can do much better I was schedule for someone to come by and look at my toilet because water was not entering into the toilet bowl. I got a call at the end of a four hour window saying that they were not going to show up because the technician had an emergency and I waited all day for that person to come. So they scheduled me for the first thing the next morning from 7 to 11,11 AM came by and I called them saying where was the tech I needed to be at work by 1 o’clock Michael the owner and manager said I have no awareness that someone was supposed to be servicing your toilet today. Long story short Tech by the name of Travis came to my house approximately 6:30 PM with an attitude and being very disrespectful and then saying that he will not fix the toilet because it is not on the service warranty because I put blue dye in the toilet which I NEVER DID!!! After he left I went on YouTube and within 20 minutes I fix the problem myself had nothing to do with blue die nothing to do with clogging. Some screws needed to be adjusted. Please do yourself a favor don’t hire this company and if you’re insurance warranty recommends them say no I want another company and by law they have to.

I made an appointment for them to come out and fix my issue through my warranty company. They were many hours late and I had to call to even find that out. They were supposed to come out again to complete the repair and had to wait all day without any notice on when they would arrive. Called the office and was told they would give me an update but never received a call back. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone. Please look elsewhere

If I could give them zero stars I would!! My water heater went out on May 27th (Sunday). I contacted my home warranty company on Wednesday (May 30th) and they told me that Florida Plumbing was going to contact me. Well, they did, however I was sleeping because I work night shift and missed their call. I kept trying to call them back with the number that called me last four digits 1363 and no one answered. This went on for Wednesday and Thursday. I then called my warranty company again Thirsday afternoon (May 31) and they said they will leave a voicemail for Florida plumbing to call me back. Friday morning I did not get a call back and finally I called them in the afternoon. The lady told me she was going to a meeting but she will call me for sure at 4 or 5pm to try to have someone at my house by Sat (6/2). Anyway, I did not get a call Friday nor Saturday and I called my home warranty and asked to switch vendors. Of course they said they have to give them another chance and they said they would call me back Monday. I then decided to call Florida plumbing directly and I spoke with a Mike. He told me he would call me Monday morning(6/4). Again, no call Monday all day! I then called my warranty company on Tuesday and they said that they would have to call them again to find out why they havent came to my house yet but they got no answer and finally I got to switch vendors. I havent even received a courtesy call back apologizing or explaining why they havent contacted me. A water heater is important, especially if you have guests over!!! Manager or owner, please dont reply after reading this to make yourself look good in a review. At this point, I dont care what you have to say!

Shawn was very knowledgable on the work he was doing at our house and offered some suggestions to help with our plumbing. He was sincere and you could tell he was here to help and not go after adding more cost to get more money. We will definitely use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them for anyone’s plumbing needs! Thank you.

Florida plumbing is the best company. Highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing to there homes. Employee Ray very professional hard worker. Doesn’t matter what time they still give good work quality. Very respectful and works clean. Any plumbing issue at my Home Florida plumbing is the number company I will call. Keep up the good work.

Service? What service? We found this company very unreliable. After two different days of waiting (Appointment 9AM and 1PM), no courtesy call to say they were running late; I called American Home Shield and told them to cancel appointment and find another plumber. AHS then calls Florida Plumbing and the gal at Florida plumbing said the tech didn't have my phone number. Phooey! Who sends out a tech on a work order w/o a contact number??? They then said tech was in my area and would call in a few minutes. Crickets...almost two hours later the guy calls said he was about to leave Tampa (I'm two cities away)and he had two other appointments before he could get to me. I told him not to come! Of course he said he had an emergency. I would have believed him but I was told that two days ago as well. Do you suppose they only have one tech or from the looks of the other reviews, this is par for the course. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I only have doubts about this company.

Had a great experience with Florida Plumbing & Environmental. Very professional and they did a great job. Shawn was super friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Travis, was excellent, fast service and friendly

I was told that my appoint will be a week later for busted pressure pump. For a whole week the garage and front yard was full of water. On the day of service they postpone the appointment to 3-6 pm then 6-8 pm . I called the company many times .Now the tech called and reschedule to 8-10 pm.
I rate this company to ZERO or should be minus zero.
I wonder how home shields insurance Co. use and recommend this unprofessional plumber.

Your company gave me a time between 10 Am-2 Pm for the tech to reach my house. Your tech SHAWN arrived at 9:30 pm , and he could bypass the pressure Pump which was leaking and us thousands of wasted gallons of water but he didn't and let it leaks more water .He mentioned that your company will call me next day after contacting the Home Shield . Today is a week later and I haven't heard from you. WHAT kind of a professional service you do??????? I still insist of not recommending your company
