I had a furnace put in about 5 to 6 months back and it stopped working about 3 weeks into in stall.i was 1st told it was do to my electrical having issues. I had one part of that repaired which I knew was an dilemma (a switch). After that was repaired I turned on the furnace and it was still having issues working Jace and Kaden came out and I was able to let them know what I had heard in the pipeline of intake and exhaust after looking into the angles and not so eye appealing job of the installers they fixed the situation.

After replacing a toilet wax ring, I encountered a water drip from the supply line. I didn't notice it until after the repairman showed up. I was instructed on what I could do, replace the old supply line with a new one. I was charged only half the work visit since no job was performed and followed the advise, no more leaks
